Annual Patient Survey Many thanks to everybody who gave us suggestions for our patient survey. To those of you who suggested specific questions we have had to generalise these to make the survey a manageable size. The survey is now available online on our website and we would be very grateful if you could spare a few moments to complete it to give us your thoughts and suggestions on the practice. Please go to www.hamptonhealth.co.uk and click on the link to complete online. We will look at all your responses and feedback our findings to you in the New Year.
Practice List Re-opens The Practice List is now open for new registrations, so to register please call into the surgery bringing proof of address, and ask for a registration pack. New Centre for Children's Services At the beginning of August the new Hampton Sure Start Children’s Centre will open in Hampton Hargate near to the primary school. The Centre will be the base for children’s services in Hampton and as part of this the Health Visiting Team currently based at Hampton Health Practice will be moving into the Centre when it opens and they will then start to run their regular child health clinics at the centre, not at the surgery. Please note that the day for this clinic will change from the current Thursday to Tuesdays but the time will remain the same 9.30am-11.15am. In addition Sue Squibb the Community Midwife, who sees ladies throughout their pregnancy, will be running her clinics from the Children’s Centre from the beginning of August. If you do have any queries with these changes you can contact the Community Midwives on 01733 874585 or visit our website on www.hamptonhealth.co.uk for contact details for the Health Visiting Team. |
